Art of the Stitch, 2008 is a stitched work that utilises art movements, artists, dates and philosophies derived from Fine Art practice as a basis for construction. I am literally, stitching with Art. On one level, the work can be viewed as a diagrammatic meditation on the interlaced fusion of artistic inquiry.
The work was made for an exhibition of the same name; it amused me to make exactly what it said on the tin.
